The Bank is structured in four Divisions, under the supervision of three Vice-Presidents and the Secretary General. The President is the legal representative of the Bank and conducts the day-to-day business of the Bank under the strategic direction of the Board of Directors in conformity with the Articles Establishing the BSTDB. The Vice-Presidents and the Secretary General are appointed by the Board of Directors and conduct their activity under delegated authority from the Board of Directors and the President. The President, the Vice-Presidents and the Secretary General form the Management Committee and represent the senior management of the Bank.
