The BSTDB views professional growth of its staff as a necessary condition for the fulfillment of its mandate and achievement of the institutional goals. It is one of the BSTDB's priorities to offer learning opportunities addressing the professional development and needs of its staff for meeting the organization’s business requirements.

 

The BSTDB provides both in-house and external learning opportunities covering subject areas such as banking, finance, management and personal development. Learning contents for in-house group trainings are customized for the BSTDB. Quality and professional merits are determining the selection of training providers.
