The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is a regional development bank established as an independent multilateral institution by Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. The Agreement Establishing BSTDB came into force in January 1997, and the Bank commenced operations in June 1999.
BSTDB pursues conservative operational and lending policies, which are reflected in its assigned long term credit ratings of "A2" from Moody's Investors Service Ltd and "A-" from Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC.
The Bank publishes audited, IFRS compliant, annual and semi-annual financial statements.
