Intern – Energy and Infrastructure Department (DEI)

Tentative starting date(s): June 2024 (2 months)

The intern will assist the DEI Team in:

• development of a broad database of companies (both public and private) operating in DEI sectors (Energy: electricity, gas, oil and all renewable energy sources – exploration, development, production, transmission and distribution; Infrastructure: Social infrastructure-; all aspects of Information Technology and Communication) as well as of potential projects for financing in the bank’s countries of operations.  
• other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should:

• be enrolled in an undergraduate of graduate Finance and/or Business Studies in a university or equivalent or have obtained a full degree for undergraduate or graduate studies within 24 months immediately preceding the date of commencement of the internship;
• have an excellent command of the English language;
• be proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
• be energetic and enthusiastic with good focus to work independently;
• have strong communication skills.
