BSTDB Provides €75 Million to Support Rönesans Holding’s Strategic Investments in Türkiye

Financing reinforces Türkiye’s role as a regional hub for trade, industry and investment

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is providing €75 million to Rönesans Holding to support equity investments in key industrial and infrastructure projects across Türkiye.

The financing is part of a broader funding package that includes a USD 461 million club facility with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and International Finance Corporation (IFC). 

The programme will support investments in petrochemicals, ports and logistics, and transport infrastructure, helping expand industrial capacity, strengthen supply chains, and enhance regional connectivity.

“Infrastructure, industrial development and connectivity are fundamental drivers of sustainable growth and regional integration. Through this financing, BSTDB is backing investments that strengthen Türkiye’s productive capacity while improving transport and logistics networks across the region,” said Dr. Serhat Köksal, President of BSTDB.
