- Through the proposed investment the Bank will: (i) Support one of the most transparent, well performing private banks in Russia; (ii) Strengthen the Tier 1 Capital of the partner bank thus increasing its lending capacity; (iii) Support partner bank's expansion and growth; (iv) Enhance the reputation and image of the partner bank to attract strategic investors or prepare for an IPO.
- Environmental Classification and Impact:
- Being an existing client of the Bank the CBoM proved to have good understanding of BSTDB environmental requiremems and has had integrated in its portfolio management basic environmental procedures. For the purpose of this transaction the Borrower will need to remain compliant with EH&S legal requirements in effect in the country of operation, as well as strictly observe the BSTDB's Negative List of Products and Environmental Exclusion List. The Borrower will also need to provide the Bank Annual EH&S Performance Report.
