BSTDB finances construction of a modern warehouse complex in Southern Russia

BSTDB made available Euro 9.82 million to finance the construction and operation of an international standard (Class A) warehouse complex in Stavropol Region, Southern Russia.

The loan was provided to Kulon-Yugros - a project Company established for the purpose of construction and operation of the warehouse and office facilities.

The operation of Kulon-Yugros, the first international warehouse park in the region of Southern Russia, will have high economic development impact and offer new employment opportunities. It will also address the issue of undersupply of quality warehousing facilities in Stavropol region, highly needed to meet the market demand.

The project is financed jointly with International Finance Corporation (IFC).
