BSTDB Supports SME Financing in Türkiye

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank made available a Euro 20 million SME Loan Facility to BankPozitif in Türkiye. BankPozitif will use the facility for financing projects for modernization, capacity expansion, diversification of products and services of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Türkiye. The term of the facility is 5 years.

The Operation will generate a development impact for the Turkish economy through job creation, export capacity building and improved competitiveness of the SME sector.

 

BankPozitif was established in 1999 in Türkiye as a non-deposit-taking credit and development bank. It provides boutique corporate banking services and technology-based retail lending products, mainly to Turkish small and medium-sized enterprises. The Bank is rated BBB-/Ba1 by Fitch/Moody’s.
