BSTDB President visits Türkiye

A delegation of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), led by President Delikanli, visited Ankara on January 5-6, 2015. This was the first official visit of Mr. Delikanli to Türkiye, since he assumed the Presidency of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, in July 2014.
Mr. Delikanli was received by H.E. Ali Babacan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Türkiye. The delegation met with Mr. Cavit Dagdas, Undersecretary of Treasury and BSTDB Governor for the Republic of Türkiye; Mr. Erdem Bascı, Governor of the Central Bank of Türkiye; Mr. Hakan Tokac, Director General for Foreign Economic Relations and BSTDB Director for the Republic of Türkiye; Mr. Sefa Aytekin, Deputy Undersecretary of Energy and Natural Resources; Mr. Ahmet Burak Yasar, Director General for Health Investments; and Mr. Yılmaz Ilgın, Director General for Investment Programs at the Ministry of Development. The delegation also held discussions with Mr. Hisarciklioglu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye.
Discussions focused on the Government's economic and investment priorities in preparation of the Bank’s country strategy for the period of 2015-2018, and BSTDB cooperation in private sector projects.
