BSTDB to Issue Local Currency Bond in Armenia

BSTDB will issue a debut public bond in Armenian Drams. The bond will be for AMD 2,000,000,000 with a semi-annual fixed coupon and a final maturity of three years.

Placement will be by auction via NASDAQ OMX Armenia OJSC, on 27th June 2017.

Underwriter is Araratbank OJSC.
