Results of Call for Tenders for BSTDB Premises in Thessaloniki

Following a call for tenders placed by BSTDB for the purchase of a headquarters building in Thessaloniki, six parties presented forms specifying relevant properties to receive tender materials, but only one submitted a tender. The tender did not meet the minimum criteria to qualify for further evaluation. Therefore, the Bank is considering repeating the call for tenders with an extension of the eligible geographical area.
