Appointment of Next BSTDB President

The Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) at its special meeting on 25 February 2022 appointed Mr. Serhat Köksal as BSTDB President as of 16 July 2022 for a period of four years, following the nomination of the Republic of Türkiye. 
Mr. Köksal will take up his duties after the expiration of the ongoing presidential term of Mr. Dmitry Pankin.
