BSTDB at the Development Finance Institutions Special Operations’ Support Conference

Advancing cooperation and innovation among development finance institutions

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) participated in the Special Operations’ Support Conference held in Bangkok, co-hosted by the Asian Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation.

The Conference brought together representatives from 18 Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and International Financial Institutions (IFIs), providing a platform for exchanging knowledge, strengthening partnerships, and exploring innovative approaches to common challenges faced by development finance institutions globally.

BSTDB was represented by Mr. Alexander Mostovoy, Director, and Mr. Nikos Kinalis, who actively contributed to the discussions aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and fostering collaboration across institutions.

As part of the Conference programme, Mr. Mostovoy chaired a roundtable discussion titled “Outcome 2025 and Launch 2026”, facilitating dialogue on future priorities and strategic directions for the sector.

BSTDB remains committed to supporting sustainable development and regional cooperation by engaging in international platforms that promote knowledge sharing and joint solutions among development finance institutions.
