The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (“BSTDB”) is currently operating SAP
S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, RISE, 2021. In line with SAP’s product roadmap,
support strategy, and the need to leverage enhanced functionalities, performance
improvements, security updates, and regulatory compliance, the organization intends to
upgrade its SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, RISE, 2025.

The upgrade will be executed in accordance with SAP best practices, and it will be
performed within a RISE with SAP / SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) environment,
where SAP executes the core technical upgrade and the selected implementation
partner (“consultant”) supports planning, preparation, functional adaptation, testing, and
post-upgrade stabilization.

To this end, BSTDB invites qualified and experienced SAP partners to submit proposals
for providing end-to-end upgrade consulting services. Please refer to the documents
below describing this Request. In the Information to Consultants, you will find general
information on the request and the deadline for submission of proposals. In Annex A,
you will find the Request of Proposals itself, with the technical description of the
consulting services needed and the relevant evaluation criteria. In Annex B, you will find
the proposal forms that need to be submitted along with your technical proposal. In
Annex C, you will find the consultancy contract standard form used for consulting
services.
