Demir Romlease S.A. is one of the most reputable leasing companies in Romania with an estimated 20% market share in equipment leasing in the country. The Company is owned by Unicredito Italiano, IFC, DEG (Germany), FMO (Netherlands), and SIF Muntenia (Romania) who provide equity, funding, and management expertise support. The Company has developed an efficient leasing franchise and is well positioned to deliver BSTDB's financing to end-users - Romanian SME's - through an established distribution network.

BSTDB's financing will have multiple positive effects: - contribute to the development of the SME sector in Romania; - financing trade in capital goods between the Member Countries (Turkey and Romania); - support of socially important project of regional municipality in Romania; - improved efficiency of operations of RATP - public transportation company - thanks to reduction of fuel, spare parts, and maintenance costs; - positive effect on environment thanks to use replacement of old buses with modern ones complying with European environmental standards.
