Developmental and Regional Cooperation Impact:

The Operation promotes cooperation between BSTDB countries - Russia, Ukraine and Azerbaijan, since it is designed to improve warehousing and handling infrastructure supporting trade between these countries. It creates an efficient and competitive solution for storage of commodities in exports and imports to Russia. The Operation has potential for further additionality and capital mobilization effect from outside the BSTDB area. It will also contribute to enhancement of supply and competition on Russia’s Southern regional office and warehouse facilities market.
